This agreement (“user agreement”) incorporates the terms and conditions for www.ToursGoa.com provide services to the person (s) (“the User”) intending to purchase or inquiring for any products and/ or services of Water sport Goa by using Go Goa Adventure's websites or using any other customer interface channels of Go Goa Adventure which includes its sales persons, offices, call centers, advertisements, information campaigns etc.
We require 14 days cancellation notice prior to your scheduled arrival date, otherwise we will charge you a cancellation fee as below.
22% if cancelled three days in advance. 45% if cancelled two days in advance. 14% if cancelled, more than three days in advance 100% if cancelled one day prior to booking or on the same day. Credit/Debit card cancellations will be charged 5% extra.
